Geena Davis

Geena Davies is an American actor and producer from the United States. She is also writer, women's rights advocate, and woman's rights activist. Her work has received praise for her many television appearances and for her numerous appearances in Hollywood. Prior to her move into film she worked as a fashion model and a member of semi-finalist Team of Women's Archery in Olympics. Since her early years, her enthusiasm for music has led to her learning piano and flute. She played organ in Wareham Church. Then she moved to New York City after graduating from Boston University with a degree in theater. After a lot of struggle, she ended up working odd jobs as well as doing various activities before she finally got her breakthrough. Models were a hit before making her acting debut in the film 'Tootsie' in the year 1982. Also, she was a part of several Television serials, and then had an extremely successful acting career and was awarded an Oscar Award for her movie "The Accidental Traveler". The Golden Globe Award was also given to her for her role in an American television show. Her children include two boys and one daughter from her union to Reza Jarrahy.
